Online group classes 

A practical session of 1.5 hour duration to help you understand your body, what to expect during labour, and how to prepare for birth. Learn useful techniques for managing contractions, supporting labour and feeling more confident and empowered. Price: £59

One-to-one online classes 

A tailored one to one session covering essential knowledge about labour and birth, including what to expect, stages of labour, pain-relief options, and practical tips to support dilation and cope with contractions. Bring your questions and leave feeling more confident, informed and prepared for your birth. Price: £89

Breastfeeding short course

A supportive 1-hour session to help you feel prepared and confident about breastfeeding.
Learn how breastfeeding works, including milk production and what to expect in the first days. Learn comfortable positioning and effective attachment. £55 per session.
